ARTIST BIO

I am a South Australian artist based in the Fleurieu Penninsula. My work tends to consist of the imagery I see around me in this beautiful part of the world. I tend to work within landscape drawings, and there can be something about a setting that I find instils emotion. I’m particularly motivated and inspired by atmosphere and mood and I appreciate that feeling that a foggy rural landscape can bring – a sense of comfortable melancholy. A forest walkway, providing that sense of peaceful whimsy, or a sunrise over the hills, instilling a sense of hope.
