One day out of boredom in early 2020, I attended a watercolour workshop. I didn't paint anything much after that. Then covid-19 pandemic happened and then few months later, cancer happened. Being diagnosed with cancer during the pandemic with lock-down and all, I spiralled straight into sinkhole. Everything happened so fast (and fuzzy) that I had no time to process. Luckily my husband and the cancer support group provided the much needed support and encouragement. I decided to bring my watercolour to the hospital. After the mastectomy surgery, I started painting on the hospital bed and never looked back since.
