I'm Linda (Lily B) and I love handbeading crosses! I just like the shape and I use handmade wooden crosses made out of recycled wood crafted by a Manshed! I use old broken jewellery and bits and pieces I find about the place to design beautiful cross sculptures ! I am inspired by the colours in my massive bead and craft collection and design and redesign as I go along ! Sometimes changing things about many times before I decide on the look I want to achieve. Frida Khalo has also been an inspiration for many years as she was a lover of colour too! The large crosses can take up to 100 hours or more to complete as all the beads are placed individually as the design builds. It's a very calming and exciting process and I enjoy my hobby immensely !! Hope you enjoy looking at them?,
