Biography

Internationally renowned wildlife artist Simon Stevenson was born near Moshi, Tanzania, East Africa, where he spent his early childhood living in the bush amongst animals on the slopes of the world’s highest free-standing volcano Mt Kilimanjaro. In 1979 he moved to the UK and in 2024 he and his wife Kate moved to South Australia where they now live in the Adelaide hills. He is totally self taught.
