Biography

Began watercolours in 1985 with Marjory Hann in Adelaide. In !990 received the VH Rotary inaugural Thomas Laird Travel award and studied overseas for two months in the USA and 3 weeks in The Slade School, London, specializing in oil painting the figure. Lorraine and husband Terry opened a teaching studio in Victor Harbor, along with a comprehensive art shop in the Telegraph Station Gallery for 20 years. She has won many prizes locally and interstate
