For many years, Jill has been inspired by the vibrant colours and shifting light found in the landscapes where she has lived and worked. Jills painting practice is deeply rooted in a love for the natural world, especially the unique beauty of the Australian landscape. Influenced by the Impressionists, she strives to capture fleeting moments of light and atmosphere, whether in broad sweeping landscapes or in the quiet simplicity of still life.
