Biography

I am a mostly self taught artist, but have attended many workshops to improve my skills and knowledge. Watercolour is my favourite medium, and the one i began in, but I also enjoy oil, acrylic, pastel. Having lived in country SA for most of my life, I draw much of my inspiration from the landscape, in particular the contrasts of light and shade and the play of shadows. I like to experiment with different styles from stylized to impressionistic.
