Biography

After four decades of working in higher education and raising a family I have returned to art practice. I work across multiple media including charcoal, ink, acrylic and watercolour. I also tackle a wide variety of subjects from abstract through landscape to portrait. With every subject I tackle I seek to refine my techniques and understanding striving increasingly to convey emotion and not simply representation.
